For over 20 years Rick has used
data base programs,
word processors,
spreadsheets,
telecommunication programs,
compilers,
and interpreted languages
on networks and
stand-alone workstations.

| Hardware: |
Rick can diagnose and identify most PC and network hardware problems and initiate corrective actions. He has designed, installed, and supported small networks, and supported large networks. |

| Security Clearance: |
TS/SCI - The Department of Defense has completed a issued a Top Secret (TS) security clearance based on a special background investigation (SBI) which grants SCIF access. |
||
|

|||
| Full-Time: |
Rick would consider working as a contractor during a probationary period provided the ultimate goal was an employee/employer relationship. |
||
| Availability: |
Rick could be available as quickly as two weeks, depending on the location. He prefers to give three weeks notice to a current client. It is never his intention to abandon projects or employers. |

| Location: |
Rick would like to find work in the Tampa Bay area. He presently lives in Clearwater, Florida. |
||
| Relocation: |
Moving from Clearwater is not presently a consideration. |
||
| Travel: |
Limited out-of-town travel is acceptable. Not more than 5 days or one weekend per month. |

| Work Environment: |
Rick can provide leadership, or work within a larger IT department. Flex hours and part-time Tele-commuting is a plus. Rick has sufficient resources to establish an efficient office-only work area in his residence. |
